Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached or included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or use are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Sale, clearance, and discounted merchandise.

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-related products.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SPENDLOVE & CO. is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our customer service email.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assist you.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size or item, please contact us before sending your return.
